Please read the House Rules in full prior to completing your reservation. submission of a reservation serves as full agreement and compliance with the rules for each rental, and all exceptions must be approved directly with a member of the Cloud9 Team.


  • For security purposes, we require all adult guests (18+) to provide an ID verification, license, or passport before check-in.

  • Guests are not allowed to book a stay in their city of residence.

  • If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.

  • Cloud9 retains the right to refuse check-in instructions to any guests in non-compliance.


  • Shoes off, please

  • No parties of any kind are allowed in the suite (Grenier penthouse exception - contact for details)

  • If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately

  • Our locations do not allow pets

  • Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events

  • We do not allow smoking - breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine


  • Check-in time is any time after 4 P.M. Check-out time is any time before 11 a.m. If an earlier check-in or a later check-out time is desired, do not hesitate to contact us.

  • If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $50. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.

  • One key must be placed inside the lockbox to ensure check-out has been completed.

  • Lost or unreturned keys at the time of checkout will be charged a $50 per set.


  • Guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, or cancel anytime up to seven days before the start of the trip and receive a 50% refund.

    Trips cancelled fewer than seven days in advance are not eligible for refunds

  • A refundable safety deposit is required. the amount specified per unit is featured in the rental agreement made at the time of booking. This will be returned to you in 3 to 4 days after your stay
